Spanning over 28 hectares, a day at this famous attraction ensures a memorable outing for visitors of all ages. Discover the wonders of the zoo by night, enjoy fire shows, interactive wildlife shows & wildlife encounters, and strap on your walking shoes to discover fascinating walking trails.
Take a tram ride, explore the natural habitat of so many creatures, spot invertebrates and exotic animals in the Fragile Forest, enjoy a coffee ceremony at a hut in the Great Rift Valley of Ethiopia, and do much more!
You can also watch the Elephants at the Work and Play show that starts at 11:30 a.m. The Rainforest Fights Back show in another interactive show that shows the impact of human activities on the creatures of the rainforest.
The best time of the day to visit is as early as possible, as soon as it opens. The crowds usually start to appear late morning. And predictably, the weekends are busier with long waiting lines.
Singapore Zoo is open every day from 8:30 am to 6 pm.
Singapore Zoo is located at 80 Mandai Lake Rd in Singapore. It is quite nearby to Singapore Night Safari.
There are many ways to get there. There are several buses and shuttles from the North-south lines. You could also take a cab to the attraction. You could also hop on the Safari Gate bus which would directly take you to Singapore Zoo.
You can discover exotic birds at Jurong Bird Park which is quite nearby to the Singapore Zoo. Another unmissable experience is Singapore Night Safari. Gardens by the Bay is another stunning landmark that you can explore around the Singapore Zoo.
